I appreciate your efforts to address the concerns raised by primarily by the 2nd reviewer. There are two minor questions/issues that will need to be fixed prior to publication. First, it appears that the 2nd reviewer would like to see some references to Baum and colleagues. It appears that you have added appropriate references. I am just curious as whether Baum has any first authored publications in the area?

The 2nd issue that must be addressed is Figure 1 which as you noted needs to be enlarged. I would like to see a revised figure before approving for submission. Would it be possible to enlarge the small graphs - in part perhaps by removing redundant information between the graphs?
